Burlington is located in Washington State along Interstate-5 at Exits 229 and 230. Burlington is the northern entrance to the North Cascades Scenic Byway Loop.

In recent years it has become the regional shopping center for Skagit County with a major mall, an outlet mall, an auto mall, and several shopping centers, most of which are visible from Interstate-5

You can see most of the malls from the freeway. Take Exit 229 and turn east to the second stop light and turn left to find the entrances to the malls.

This city was incorporated in 1902 and is known as the “Hub City”. Burlington was originally the crossroads of two important railroads and a logging center. Today it is best know as a retail center. Burlington is also know as the northern gateway to the North Cascades Scenic Byway Loop

Skagit Speedway has been the premier motor sports facility in the northwest since the 1950’s. It is surrounded by the beautiful mountains and scenery of Washington state. From "pasture racing" in the early 50's, to a trend setting complex in the new millennium, Skagit Speedway is a first class racing facility and a great spot for family fun.

The Cascade Mall is an enclosed, single level regional shopping center. It is situated near the busy interchange of Interstate 5 and State Highway 20. This mall includes 75 specialty stores, a 14-screen theater and is anchored by Macy's, JCPenney and Sears. Dining is available at Applebee's Grill & Bar, Chuck E. Cheese's, Red Robin, or one of their food court restaurants.
