Places to go and things to do
For a scenic 30 minute drive around Lake Samish,
head West to the North end of the lake.
The Lake Samish County Park is on the right
just before the bridge. This is a
favorite local swimming hole and a nice spot for a picnic. During the summer there is a concession
stand with nice tables under the trees.
If you continue for about 10 miles around the lake you will come to
Interstate 5 at Exit 242 ending your loop around Lake Samish.
