This 8,700 acre state park is the largest park in the
Oregon State Parks system. It is

Facilities: There are 100 campsites. 47 of the sites have electrical hookups and are open all year and 46 are tent sites open summer only. Maximum driveway length is 60 feet and all sites are back in. There are 14 rustic cabins, three horse camps, 2 RV group sites, and 3 group tent areas. Shown at right is 177 foot The falls and lodge are located
near the main parking area. This area
is a frequently used day use area with picnic tables and lots of parking. |

Directions: From Interstate-5 Exit 253 travel west on OR-22 for 7 miles. Leave the freeway at Exit 7 onto OR-214. Travel 12 mi. on OR-214 to the park. The photo at the right shows the
Lodge among the forest in the area near the falls. They have built a wonderful trail here with
paving bricks from the parking area to the falls. |
