It includes the cities of Clearlake Oaks, Chico, Marysville, Nice, Orland, Oroville, Paradise, Upper Lake, Williams, Willows,  and Yuba City, CA

Exit 620 – Artois - There are no Facilities at this exit.

 

Mile Post 618 – California State Rest Area for both northbound and southbound

 

The Town of Willows – The population over 6000 and their elevation is 135 feet above sea level.  Seven mi. south on Highway 99 West is the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge.  There is a 2 mi. walking tour and a 6 mi. auto tour at the Refuge.

Exit 616 – Bayliss / Blue Gum Road / Highway 39 – There is food and lodging at this exit.

Exit 613 – Willows / Oroville via CA 162 – There is 24 hr. food, 24 hr. fuel, lodging, and an RV Park at this exit.

Exit 608 – CA 57 - There are no Facilities at this exit.

 

Exit 603 – Norman Road / Princeton - Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge.  There are no Facilities at this exit.

Exit 601 – Delevan Road - There are no Facilities at this exit.

Exit 595 – Maxwell (southbound only) – There is camping at this exit.

Exit 594 – Maxwell / Maxwell Road – There is fuel, food, and lodging at this exit.

 

The Town of Colusa – has a population of almost 5,000 and an elevation of 61 feel above sea level.

Exit 588 – Colusa / Highway 20 West – HOSPITAL – There is fuel, food, and the Highway Patrol at this exit.

 

Mile Post 591 – California State Rest Area both northbound and southbound

 

The Town of Williams – population is 2,300 and the elevation is 80’ above sea level.  The Sacramento Valley Museum is 1 mi west of Interstate 5 at 1491 E. Street in the Williams High School Building.  There are 27 rooms of exhibits.  Wed.-Sat. 10A to 3P, admission is $2.00.
